On 13 November 2009, accompanied by Mr. Dongqi, Vice-President of Beijing Normal University, Mr. Chinapah Vinayagum, Director of Institute of International Education, Stockholm University and Mr. Zhao Shangwu, Senior Lecturer and Researcher from the same institute visited INRULED. Ms. Zhu Xiaoman, the director and Mr. Wangli, the deputy director of INRULED introduced the recent development of INRULED, and the current work undertaken in the centre. The visitors gave high compliments to INRULED's commitment to rural education. Both parties recognized the importance of INRULED's relocation to Beijing, especially the integration to Beijing Normal University. Mr. Chinapah Vinayagum and Ms. Zhu Xiaoman also exchanged their views on the issues of scholar exchange, research cooperation and assistance on publication which will be the priorities for both sides to initiate cooperation in the near future.
